EDFC Utd 1997's have been playing in non-competitive EDSSA fixtures around East Dumbartonshire since the team was started by Tom McCusker and David Cassells several years ago.
Now managed by Andy Sirel, with coaches Lee Hemphill and Stephen Napier, everyone is looking forward next season to moving to a competitive league and playing in regional and national cup competitions. The picture on the right shows the current squad, with Gregory Fitzgerald missing due to injury.
